Zachary Gongora is the most incompetent little POS I have had the pleasure of hiring for my pool maintenance . He would constantly postpone my pool maintenance due to him being behind and working multiple jobs. My pool turned green twice under the few months he worked on my pool. The second time he didn?t come for two weeks, and the entire pool turned green. When I confronted him over the phone regarding his family situation and why he didn?t have a backup for my pool, he hung up and quit on me without fixing my pool. I had already PAID for a full month of service and a filter clean. He said it would take him 12 days to turn the pool blue! And he quit without doing any of that. New company came the day after and told me how badly he?s been screwing up: not backwashing for a while (even though I paid for filter clean 3 months ago), my chemicals all wrong (really high CPA), etc. The new company got my pool blue within 24 hours! Zachary Gongora is a goddamn crook. A loser. Never hire!

Amari from Poolie always does and good job and keeps me informed regarding the chemical levels etc. Excellent level of service.

I had a bad experience with this pool service company. They came out didn?t even ring the door bell to let my family know they are present they just removed the lid from one pump to the other and said it worked a little better. They charged me $162.38 just to tell me that and my pool still hasn?t been diagnosed correctly after paying. I originally stated that I may have a leak and a clog because I don?t have any pressure. When I contacted them to please come out again a tech answered and told me to start texting again so he can tell me what to check. I replied I am not the professional you are I paid to have you tell me what?s wrong. Then after telling them how unsatisfied I was with there service the manager Sherri Scott send me a lengthy email telling me how well of a job they did and that I was lucky enough that they came out to my area in Pearland because it was out of there way. They are terrible do not contact these people.

They communicated well. Some up selling however.

I cancelled my service with them because of their shady business practices. They would send me random invoices for repairs I never requested and were never discussed with me. They continue to charge my card month after month (now 5 months after I cancelled) even though no services were provided. I was refunded by my bank after calling out their fraud, but it was still a huge inconvenience. This company is definitely not to be trusted.
