I found them through Angie’s list. I’ve been using them for several years. They are honest and reliable. Any issues that have occurred have been addressed timely and reasonable. Randy does my pool maintenance weekly, I have not had to do anything to maintain my pool outside of weekly maintenance that they provide. Communication is good and Scott is responsive. I would highly recommend their services.

I've been through several pool companies. I wished I had found Top Pool sooner. So professional. It really matters to them that they do an excellent job. They listen to all my concerns and always find a solution. They never drop the ball. Their communication is the best. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 20!!!

Technician Jake came the next day, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He started the process to get the pool in order right away. They were incredibly honest and corrected the problem with chemicals. The previous day I was told I needed to replace all equipment and drain the pool costing several thousands of dollars. Top Pool gave me an honest assessment and charged an honest price. As an elderly woman I am very grateful.

I have no complaints about this company. They came to my house the day I called them and started by testing the water and checking the filter. They returned the next day and added more chemicals because of the readings of the water test and cleaned the filter. They told me what equipment I needed and saved me money by explaining that certain things were not necessary. The pool started clearing immediately. I have had them coming weekly since than. I found them to be honest, punctual and very professional. I would highly recommend them.
