Edgar had his crew at the house early and I watched them work hard all day. Great results, total satisfaction. They went the extra mile and made additional repairs to our travertine. Also did a great job removing mineral line that had formed around the pool. I’m impressed enough that I am hiring them for continued maintenance, taking that responsibility off our shoulders.

I used California pools to plaster my pool and spa. I built my pool with another pool builder who barely responded when I wanted him to come back to refinish. Spent two hours reviewing everything and then spent another day finding the tiles I was looking for. he kept in constant contact with me to make sure I found the right look for my Pool. . They even customize the mini pebble plaster to match our tiles. He finished entire project within one week! The whole process was easy with them and final product is even better than the original. I ended using their monthly services at the end. It’s been four weeks since they finished and they have been here every week to make sure my pool was perfect! Hands down. Amazing service. California Pools did an awesome job on our pool. They were easy to work with and had our pool done earlier than expected. The team worked well together and kept us updated as they worked. Nor did they went the extra mile to even get my contract. Once we decided with Edgar and California pools, he was in touch with me via text or phone call every minute and every step of the process. He had the guys here day one day two and day three to complete everything and he had the whole project planned and executed in said time. In fact early than expected. I was so blown away with the service that we ended up signing a maintenance package with his company, which I did not deal with my prior pool builder. California pools replaced our tiles and redid our plaster, which looks much better than it was before.
