"We are extremely satisfied with VIP Pools. They showed up on the same day as the first contact (the Friday of Memorial Day weekend). The pool was green when they arrived and blue when they left that day (they shocked the pool free of charge). They also came back on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend to vacuum and clean out filters so the the pool was crystal clear and able to be enjoyed for Memorial Day. But their excellent service and professional behavior did not stop there. The general manager came to our house on the following Thursday to meet us and learn about some of the unique aspects of our situation. "Millennium gave me both an estimate & a schedule for a pool renovation ( i.e. resetting, mortaring & cleaning flagstone pool deck & coping stones, replacing decorative tile, replastering pool, replacing light, & installing new mesh cover) and very closely stuck to that schedule & estimate. All work was completed in about a month. A project manager was assigned & stayed in contact throughout the project, ensuring all questions were timely answered & that project timetable was met. A very professional job! I would highly recommend them."

Scheduling was fast and efficient and he showed up on time on the scheduled date which is more than what I can say for several companies that I have used in the past. He and his team did an excellent job closing our somewhat complicated system of multiple pumps. He gave sound advice for the winter and what problems to look out for. Rates are very fair and reasonable. We'll be calling them next year for our opening/closing services."

"Majestic has done a great job. The weather has been a challenge with regard to scheduling the liner install. When there was finally a break in the weather they were quick to set the install. The install has gone smoothly. The crew was polite and professional. They are not only replacing the liner in our pool they are also repair storm damage that we experienced by replacing our pool filter and pump. They have been excellent to work with."
