We did a full reno of our pool and pool deck. Rob was professional and attentive from start to finish. He helped with the design and followed up quickly on potential issues (or addressed them proactively). The crews that came out were friendly and worked hard to get the project to timely completion. We couldn’t be happier with the end product.

Rob was fantastic at always keeping up communication and walking us through each step of the process for our pool renovation. The pool turned out fantastic and his team made sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed. Couldn’t be happier!

Rob and the Beltway staff repaired my pool and did some needed maintenance. Kept me well informed on the process. I have been pleased with the results. Their routine maintenance visits are regular and thorough.

If you need a pool renovation, repairs, or regular service or maintenance in Alexandria and surrounding DMV areas, you'll be very pleased with Beltway Pools.

I am paid more than 80k to redo my pool house located in Mclean, VA. The pool never worked. Always green. Every time you call, they will send one cleaning crew for 180$, but the answer from them was that the pool will be better after a few days. After a few days, the pool is green, and you call again, and they will say our pool needs multiple cleanings, and they will do various cleanings and send various invoices. When cleaning, they say the pool will improve in a few days. After a few days, if you call to ask why the pool is green, they will say it's one more service. This pool was reconstructed, and the same company did the plumbing and machines. Please be careful when hiring this company complete rip-off. After ripping off, they will say customers do not know anything about the pool. This is the value they will give to the customer who paid around 80k

Closing crew arrived on time. They did a great job winterizing the pool and installing safety cover. They were courteous and professional.

What I look for in a contractor - easy to reach, dependable, show up on time on the day you say you will, honest, perform quality work. Beltway easily surpasses these qualities and can add personable people that are a pleasure to deal with. I am so glad I took a chance with them three years ago when I switched pool contractors, and have used them for pool opening/closing and this Spring had my pool/spa resurfaced. I have no hesitancy in strongly recommending the folks at Beltway Pools.
