Smart Pools 21 owner, Cesar, completed a complete pool renovation for us in 2019. This year we had 3 tiles come off at the waterline. We called Cesar and, even though he and his team are extremely busy this time of year, he sent a member of his crew by to replace the tiles. We continue to be pleased with Smart Pools 21, Cesar, and his team. We still have some work to do in our little piece of the world. We look forward to the next project with Cesar.

Cesar and his team(s) constantly exceed our expectations. Last year (2019) we contracted Smart Pools 21 for a complete pool refurbish. We were completely satisfied. This year we needed some hardscaping and again picked Cesar. The job is very close to complete. Cesar and his team are professional and detail-oriented, asking questions about our preferences along the way to ensure our satisfaction. Better than 5 stars â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ !

Although Ceasar was late for evcery meeting, I hired him because his pricing was the best. He rescheduled the service to a time when I cuoldn't stay to ensure the work was done properly and then he left after I did. I saw him drive by me as I was entering the restaraunt for dinner. They left the pool in better condition than it was , but, not nearly what it sdhould have been. When they were doine they left botles of acid in my back yard, even though he knew that I owned pets. Do yourself a favcour and do not hire this company.

I am sorry that Larry was put off by my call to notify him of my delay; I never let my customers wait for me even if I am 5-10 minutes late. I am not sure why he wanted me to stay to watch my crew work; they knew exactly what needed to be done. I always make sure everything is correct before we leave to ensure the consumer is satisfied with our services. Larry was not able to afford the complete renovation and he wanted to cut corners so we did what we could do within his budget (he was very happy with that at the time). I was upset with his comment about the acid we left - he wanted us to leave it in the back yard to see what we used.
