Do not use this pool company. Unprofessional and not qualified. Look at my pool in September when we closed the pool. And look at how they left my pool this Sunday, 5/17/26 when they lied and said they could change my pool liner. Unbelievable. If you can?t do something, just be honest!!!

Hi Bernice. We?re sorry you feel this way. After removing the old liner, we discovered the pool walls needed reinforcement before a new liner could be properly installed. We explained that installing a new liner without addressing those issues could cause the new liner to fail prematurely. The project was paused while you decided whether or not you wanted to proceed with the recommended repairs. When you later informed us you no longer wanted to continue, we both agreed to return and reassemble the pool. The following day, we were then told our assistance was no longer needed. Our goal was to make sure the liner was installed correctly and that the pool was structurally sound for the long term. Unfortunately, unforeseen issues are uncovered once an existing liner is removed.

The Pro came to my house within 3 days of contacting the company. I received a proposal within 1 day and the project was started and completed within 1 day. The entire project from first contact to completion was 7 days. Work was excellent and they gave me a $150 discount because they did not need backer rod for the project. The total cost was the least of all contractors I contacted. Work was professional and on time. I highly recommend Occoquan Pool Servies.

Santiago is wonderful to work with! He has several different talents and is very knowledgeable. When the tree in my front yard was getting out of hand I knew to call him before anybody to get the job done. Him and his team were excellent very efficient and kept me in the loop on the process and answered any questions I had. I will definitely continue to work with Santiago and his team!
