"Lucas and his family did an amazing job repairing the drywall in my home after I had all the pipes in my home replaced with new copper piping. There were 18 large holes put into the walls and ceilings. Lucas insured all the holes were perfectly drywalled to a smooth finish and then repainted the walls. Now you cannot tell at all that there were holes throughout the house - it looks like it did before the repiping! Also, he even touched up places in the wall where the previous owners had damaged the wall (I didn't ask him to, he just did it to my surprise and delight). Also, he had to work around some plumbing delays and was super accomodating. He insured that even with the plumbing delays his project finished on time! Great, great, great company! I strongly recommend them."

"Francis and his team did a wonder job painting my home's exterior, including the deck, porch, block structure, and trim. They even repaired a lot of wood rot, caulked many holes, and hung new shutters. My 67 year-old house looks brand new again! "This is the second time I hired this company to do work in my home. They are fast in responding with an estimate as well as getting the job done!! I used them for interior residential painting. I price shopped initially and they were the bestâ ¦. So that concerned me. You often get what you pay for! In this case I lucked out! Their timeliness, attention to detail and workmanship was outstanding, and on top of that, the customer service was just amazing. I know Iâ m using lots of superlatives here so let me explain whyâ ¦ they moved my furniture, helped me install new smoke detectors, raised my curtain rods, brought me additional samples because I was indecisive, AND worked around my 17 year old sleeping cat! Oh! And they were on time, communicative and just nice to work with. I donâ t often pick wiselyâ ¦. But I did with this outfit. I highly recommend!"

"I canâ t say enough nice things about the quality of the work we received. We hired Kenney to do a light remodel of a house we purchased prior to move-in. We had a vision for what we wanted but he helped us understand where some of the things we had envisioned might not work as well as others. His crews were consummate professionals and did impeccable work. The inevitable hiccups that came up along the way were dealt with swiftly and professionally and without additional charges unless a major change was requested by us. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. A bad batch of paint led to some peeling on the bannister a couple days after move in. He had his crew back here the next day with higher quality paint to redo the entire bannister at no additional charge. Iâ ve already hired him to prep our old house for sale. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend Kenney Construction."

"Carlos and his team were fantastic. I got several quotes before deciding to go with C & I. His pricing was so reasonable we ended up having the whole house painted inside and out (shutters, door and railing, etc). Price was comparable to other painters doing just part of the interior and the quality was better than what they were offering. All the baseboards, nail pops, windows, trim... everything looks perfect! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking."
