Initially the service was decent. Albert was nice and would answer the phone when called. Over time we had several different technicians. Each would only do the bare minimums and never do what the service plan that we paid for. Check and add chemicals is all they would do. No chlorine tablets, no brushing pool walls, no filter cleaning. When we arrived at our Home in March, the pool was dirty, algae on the bottom of pool and the walls of the pool. After several calls to Albert, we cancelled our plan.

Initially, we were thrilled with the service we received from oasis but they kept changing technicians. Eventually, we changed to a company where we had the same person every week.

When Albert visits our home to care for our pool he is extremely professional, bright and articulate about his services. Our pool has never looked better. The best part is that his kind and calm energy allows our dogs to sit back and observe the visit rather than barking and becoming agitated. We highly recommend this company high

They are unreliable. I had to let them go!

One of my guys grandmothers had a medical emergency, and then the next week he got sick with the flu. I can't stop life :/. Susan seemed like a good person, she only received one visit so she never had a chance to really see if we were reliable, or hard working, so, this review, in my opinion, isn't very valid.
