PCS Pools designed and built us an amazing pool as you can see from these photos! They have a great team of professionals who really took care of us and they were also great to work with! I researched lots of different pool companies, as this was a very high end pool and backyard project, and felt confident picking them after looking at their many reviews and photos of gorgeous pools that they have built over the years. I also liked their mission and how they give back to the local community.

I strongly do not recommend PCS Pools. The quality of their work has been awful, and communication is practically nonexistent. From day one, I was left to manage their contractors and chase updates myself, which is not what we agreed to in the contract. Several parts of the project were poorly done - from broken fixtures to messy concrete work and loose pavers. Even more frustrating, the company is asking for final payment before finishing inspections or completing the job. I left multiple messages and emails with no response. For such an expensive project, the professionalism and accountability are completely lacking. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere if you want quality and reliable service.

PCS pools is by far the best experience and professional designer, builder, and do what they say they will do pool company. You will not be disappointed.

Interviewed several Pool Builders PCS stood out because of their willingness to meet every need. And showed an ability to conform to every circumstance. From Pete and David the co Owners to Kayla who went above and beyond in during a very difficult time while we were out of the Country during Construction and my wife suffering a Heart attack. She made sure lines of communication stayed open. Dave our Project Mgr has been on pt at ever sequence of tge project. Tbe end result has been beyond our Expectations A pool .. deck design that has gone past our expectations. And Dakota has gone above and beyond in opening our pool. As with every large project there are some little Hiccups .. PCS has assured us they will be Addressed we have every Confidence. If your looking to purchase a Pool trust us They are the CO to Call and Hire you will not be Disappointed

We had a long wait, not due to PCS, for pool completion that turned out exactly how we wanted it. PCS executed the contract exactly as it was written. Thanks to Kayla and Dave Palmer for getting it done.

Responded to our concerns and answered our calls when needed. The pool and deck exceeded our expectations.

After spending a frustrating 10 weeks having site visits with some of the more popular area pool contractors, and having to repeatedly contact them for promised proposals that were never received, Pete was most responsive, attentive and knowledgeable. PCS's selection of standard choices for things like tile and finishes were upgrades with the other pool contractors. PCS started my pool in March 2021 and it was completed in May 2021. Alex, my project manager, kept me well informed and paid great attention to detail. Each of the crews was professional and did quality work. So grateful to have found PCS Pools!

I hired PCS Pools to build a new pool and spa with an outdoor kitchen and patio area with a fire table. They did an amazing job! Its so beautiful and we love spending time out there and having pool parties! I received cheaper quotes but these guys were worth the extra money given the beauty of the design and quality construction.
