From Pete and David the co Owners to Kayla who went above and beyond in during a very difficult time while we were out of the Country during Construction and my wife suffering a Heart attack. She made sure lines of communication stayed open. Dave our Project Mgr has been on pt at ever sequence of tge project. Tbe end result has been beyond our Expectations A pool .. deck design that has gone past our expectations. And Dakota has gone above and beyond in opening our pool. As with every large project there are some little Hiccups .. PCS has assured us they will be Addressed we have every Confidence. We had a long wait, not due to PCS, for pool completion that turned out exactly how we wanted it. PCS executed the contract exactly as it was written. Thanks to Kayla and Dave Palmer for getting it done.

After spending a frustrating 10 weeks having site visits with some of the more popular area pool contractors, and having to repeatedly contact them for promised proposals that were never received, Pete was most responsive, attentive and knowledgeable. PCS's selection of standard choices for things like tile and finishes were upgrades with the other pool contractors. PCS started my pool in March 2021 and it was completed in May 2021. Alex, my project manager, kept me well informed and paid great attention to detail. Each of the crews was professional and did quality work. So grateful to have found PCS Pools!

I hired PCS Pools to build a new pool and spa with an outdoor kitchen and patio area with a fire table. They did an amazing job! Its so beautiful and we love spending time out there and having pool parties! I received cheaper quotes but these guys were worth the extra money given the beauty of the design and quality construction.
