"I bid out a job to replace an old heat pump and an old gas furnace with new heat pumps. Keith understood why I would want to do that (I have solar). Of the contractors that bid on the job, he was the most thorough in his examination of my home, taking lots of measurements, inspecting the existing hardware, and asking about my smart home setup. Strive's bid offered the most value for my dollar. It included equipment that I wanted at a lower price and included other incentives the other bids didn't. They were willing to work with my schedule, even when things got a bit disorderly when the stay-at-home order began. Ultimately, it's very hard to review an installation job a few months in, but I feel confident giving high marks based on value, professionalism, customer service, and being willing to stand behind their work."

"Mr. Likens did a full replacement of switches and outlets, new panel box and ceiling fan. The work was great. 3 weeks later I had a furnace problem and he came out on his own time with no charge in traffic just to make sure his work was solid which it was. He went the extra mile and inspected my furnace and gave me thorough info and coaching which helped me when the HVAC contractors arrived. Result was a no cost furnace fix. Professionalism like I've never seen in a contractor."

The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. Looking forward to see how it performs next fall and winter."
