lacked experience for this particular project

Customer bought a chandelier light fixture and opened the box themselves. The fixture contained 1500 beads to put on of all different sizes and no instructions. The fixture did get put up, but it took longer because I had to sort out the beads and figure it all out. Customer was upset because it took longer to complete, but it was done completely by me and the customer was satisfied with the job when it was done. A lower rating of my job because you messed up the pieces is not very fair.

Robert has extremely fair pricing and showed up prepared to do the job, even though he was coming out just to quote me. He had a great understanding of the job and got it done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend working with him and I intend to hire him for additional jobs at my home

The installation was done well and after inspecting the electrical switch, he honestly stated that the work would require tearing the wall down to repair something that can safely be used the way it is.
