Shannon provided us quotes on replacing our boiler or installing the ductless system and water heater. Took more time inspecting the work needed and how to best install than other companies to provide an accurate quote. Excellent work, we wont hesitate to call again for any future needs.

Excellent work! We had a ductless mini split system installed and a hot water heater. Shannon gave quotes on replacing our boiler or installing the ductless system and water heater. Mr. Connelly called around to many suppliers and found one that had a close to perfect match to existing heater. I told him to go ahead and get it. He got and brought it to my house. He removed the old heater and had the new one installed job complete in under 3 hours, all during a snowstorm. Not only was he excellent at his work but was also a very pleasant person. Working with Connelly Heating and Air Conditioning was a terrific experience. My mother had her furnace crack and become disabled right before the week of Christmas. Shannon was terrific to work with both on understanding that in the middle of December she could not go without heat, and that funds were limited. He took the time to find us a great replacement and even installed on the weekend to prevent my mother from having to stay in the cold for more than a day. Installation was incredibly quick and done well within our budget. I would recommend Connelly Heat and Air Conditioning to everyone as Shannon is terrific to work with and is there to help. Well worth more than 5 stars and will be the only person I call whenever I have issues with Heating or Air Conditioning.
