He then made time in his already booked weekend to help us upgrade an outdated breaker box out of concern for our safety when many other local electricians tried to put us off until well after the weekend. "I communicated with Joel over the phone since I was away when my heater stopped working. He was polite, responsive and easy to work with. After discussing initial diagnosis of the problem and possible repair options we ended up with replacing the gas furnace. His price was reasonable and he accommodated his schedule to install a new gas furnace during the New Year holiday. This morning I had to call Joel because the furnace was making some sporadic noise and I asked him to check it out for me. Honestly, I was hoping for him to look at it within a few days. He came to the house within 2 hours or so and took his time to find out the cause of the sporadic noise (he said apparently some loose metallic parts touching each other when the variable speed motor shifts to high speed mode making a banging noise). He said he tightened the loose parts to fix the problem. I am impressed with his timely response, professionalism and honesty. I recommend him for similar repairs and installations."

"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

"I lost heat in my home on Friday, this is after I had a local handy-man come on Thursday to bleed my pipes because of water flowing sounds in my base-board, which I also had done last year. I called and waited for the same handy-man to come back on Friday after his regular job and was then I was basically told by the handy-man he probably couldn't do anything further to get it running and recommended I contact a professional.
