Reviews
Write a ReviewHARP was hired to replace our central AC system with Heat Pumps. The job was never complete, once they rigged the new equipment to get the AC only (no heat) working they scheduled follow up visits which eventually resulted in a no show/no call. After attempting to reschedule further, this is a frustrating process which entails a cycle of waiting on hold only to be transferred to wait on hold again, the work was never completed. It seemed as if none of their techs actually knew how to install this equipment, upon inspection of their work we decided to have it looked at by a 3rd party. Sure enough the equipment was installed incorrectly. At this point we no longer felt safe having further work done by HARP and had another company complete the install. Rather than working with us on the price HARP chose to forge our signature and submit it to the financing company, no invoice was ever received, nor was any warranty paperwork. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, I would urge you to choose a different HVAC contractor.
We apologize for your experience, and we genuinely want to resolve this matter. We take customer satisfaction seriously and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. One of our managers will be contacting you to work towards a resolution.
I have a been a recurring customer with HARP for almost a decade...even part of their Preferred Customer membership. I have used them for 2 of my homes for both A/C and furnace maintenance. This company started out as a nice, polite, community company and then something happened and the entire company has completely gone down the drain. They have continuously cancelled appointments on me, sometimes notifying me and sometimes not. I have even called to confirm appointments myself after numerous cancellations and then they don´t show up! It´s absolutely disgraceful the way they are treating their loyal customers and their lack of scheduling ability. It´s a shame that I have to now take my business elsewhere. Never again with HARP!

If I'm quick to complain I should be just as quick to praise. The repair man Steve Ungar was absolutely fabulous!! He was knowledgeable and informative. I highly recommend him. We are very pleased. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Iâ m very satisfied
Got my condensor fixed in time
Very organized, professional, courteous and the list just goes on and on. They are one of the best companies I have dealt with! Will continue to call them when we need their services.
Two HVAC pros spent a total of like 7 hours at my house to fix a heating issue. Turns out it was a blown fuse - very rare. Tech suggested I replace the entire board as well for $175 whelp...
