To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace. He explained everything that he was doing while repairing the furnace. He was here for only an hour and got our heat going again. He's friendly and trustworthy. At a very fair price, Chris spent two days having the old stuff professionally removed, getting the new stuff (AC) wired up, and all the new equipment installed. Their technician, Shawn, showed up on a Friday night and came back over the weekend to diagnose the problem and make sure we had heating and hot water over the weekend.
