Write a ReviewService technician was expected to be running late. I was promptly notified ia a phone call. Shortly thereafter, I received another call from Burke Plumbing and Heating advising me that the technician originally scheduled to sevice my oil burner would not be able to come today. I was asked if it were OK to send out another technician today and I said yes. That technician arrived on time and performed the required service. He was pleasant, professional, and cleaned up after himself.
Angi kind of obscured that the they rolled out from Raynham, but even with with the mileage charge it was still perfectly in the range for the service. No issues and I am glad to have a maintenance task I cannot complete easily [x] checked off.
My experience with Mr. Everardo Ramos was excellent . Mr Ramos was on time and did a fantastic job. Very pleasant and professional . Very appreciated of his fast response and able to come out early morning the next day. We definitely would hirer him again . Thank you !

I am so lucky to have found Jim. My rented-out property developed a leak from a worn out drain in the upstairs bathtub that damaged the ceiling of the dining room below. Jim got there promptly and provided invaluable advice in obtaining a separate construction contractor (to repair the ceiling) and working with the insurer and adjuster to ensure that all parties were in agreement with the work that was needed and the costs that would be incurred. He was patient with the insurance company and then completed the work perfectly, timely, and safely so that the Tenant was able to remain in the residence at all times. Jim had to deal with various job difficulties such as one occasioned by the fact that the tub was about 60 years old and therefore its replacement necessitated installation of a different size tub (they don't make tubs in the old size anymore) and re-setting of pipes to enable the new tub to work.
The job was done fast and respond very quickly.
From the estimate to the completion of the installation everyone on the Burke & Sons team was very informative & professional. Answered all my questions & responded in timely fashion. Overall very satisfied with experience.

They responded quick and came early. They replaced my Thermal couple and got the heat working again.
Did not inform about credit card fee. Would have paid using an alternative payment method if I had known. Also did not coordinate with me to schedule a follow up day, had to check in and they just told me it would be X day without checking if it works for me 2 days before the day.
