"We originally went thru another company that installed our A/C unit in 2015. Our unit quit running. We had Cliffs come out and they said it was the motor and we needed a new one, they brought out a new motor and it was defective and they couldn't get another one until the next day, at this point we didn't have any A/C for 5 days and it was humid! I contacted Ron w/ Larson's and he said he could come out that evening and fix it right away. I kid you not, this man came out and fixed it in 30 mins and guess what it had nothing to do w/ the motor! The circuit board needed replaced! I would've paid $790.00 for a new motor if I wouldn't have cancelled w/ Cliff's Air Conditioning. Whatever you do, do not go w/ Cliff's. They will misdiagnose the issue, rape you financially and their secretary is very rude and needs to get out of customer service. Ron w/ Larson's A/C was very professional, down to earth and fast and his prices are affordable!! Ron thank you very much for fixing our A/C. We are definitely going to remain your customers from here on out!!"

Brian was very respectful and explained what was going to be done in reference to the new tankless water heater system being installed. I talked to him on one day and set up an installation date for the next day. On that day Scott and Ray showed up for the installation of my new system. Both Scott and Ray were very respectful and knowledgeable about the job that they were going to do. They worked very well as a team even though the space they had to work in was very small. After 3 phone calls to the other company and no response, we received a flyer in the mail for Southern Comfort One Hour. We contacted Southern Comfort One Hour and agreed to a maintenance contract. The technician recommended we consider a new air conditioner. We agreed and the meeting with their sales professional was great. He offered a system with a great warranty, efficiency rating, and air cleaning system (Both my wife and I have allergies). In addition, the price of the system was a great value and they installed it the next day! The installers noted some inefficiencies in the duct-work of the old system and corrected them to improve the airflow of the new installation. Great work and very professional staff."
