We replaced three rooms of vinyl wood floors with porcelain wood looking tiles. His work was precise and he matched the grout perfectly. He cleaned the whole work area when he finished. He is clearly very knowledgeable about all types of flooring as well as other questions we had about house improvements. Andrey even went the extra mile and repaired a desk we accidentally broke when we tried to move some of our own furniture. He moved everything else, including two king beds that he took apart and put back together, along with door removals, baseboards, etc to get the job done. He is as very inventive in reconfiguring the overhang to prevent continued raccoon incursion. In another job, he replaced boards in a hardwood floor that had suffered damage. Very precise job, quickly done. Lavender also repaired exterior rot in another house and finished with decorative elements that made the place actually beautiful! Highly recommend Lavender.
