    I was having my bi-annual service check up on my AC unit before the summer heat to ensure my unit was operating efficiently. My Tech: Ace Chism, is personable, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. He has been here before as well. Most of the techs have been great. The office, however, seems to have some issues keeping their records properly updated, and have had scheduling issues between the call center and dispatch not communicating effectively with each other. This left me waiting all day for a four hour window for service and no one showed up, so I had to be rescheduled for a different day. That’s why I gave a rating of 4 out of 5.

    Mr. Reese did a great job. My air conditioning stopped and he knew right away what was wrong. After a short while, it was cool in the house. Excellent service! I will be using this company again.

    Unique installed a new HVAC system in February and it's been running like a champ. This was time for our biyearly maintenance. Our service tech was Felix and he was informative, helpful, and very courteous. Everything checked out (there was a minor problem that he repaired; no charge). Felix was FANTASTIC!

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
