He came out and was very clear and upfront about the issue at hand. He ran me through the problem, his proposed solution, and the timing before starting any work. He didn t disassemble the unit while he left to go get a replacement part as he didn t want to leave us without heat, which is more considerate than most companies, it seems. He was able to fix our blower motor on an older furnace, in the same morning that he came out. Should anything happen to our furnace in the future, he will be my first call as his timeliness, honesty, and clarity were greatly appreciated."
