"My A/C went out completely and living in Florida you know it had to fix asap. I was up and checking on line for a local AC repair company around 6:30 AM on a Friday. Most did not open until 7 AM. I went on Home Advisor and they gave me 3 people to contact. I was still waiting until 7 AM when I got a call from Velocity and said they could have someone there around 9 AM. I set up the appointment. While I was waiting another one of the Home Advisor's company call to see if they could help. I told them already had someone but would keep them in mind if Velocity could not help. Velocity actually show up around 8 AM and gave me some option. I decided to have the whole system replaced. The install team showed around 9:30 am. They were polite and I felt like I was in good hands. It took a lot of hard work to get the old unit of attic it had been there since 1993. Long story short they did an great job and I will be recommending them to everyone who asks about AC work."

"When our heater/air conditioner quit working in early January, another company, with whom we have had a service contract for many years, said the problem was a bad motherboard. They said they would need to order a new one and the repair would be done in 2-3 weeks. After four weeks, with no heat in the dead of a FL winter, we called and learned that the motherboard was now on back-order until April. So, we called Mason for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a sensor in the wall unit, and not the motherboard in the exterior unit. They had the repair done in less than 24 hours. We canceled out service contract with the other company and will use Mason Air Conditioning and Heating in the future. They did the repair correctly, promptly, courteously, and at a reasonable price. They were excellent in all respects."
