"My A/C went out completely and living in Florida you know it had to fix asap. I was up and checking on line for a local AC repair company around 6:30 AM on a Friday. Most did not open until 7 AM. I went on Home Advisor and they gave me 3 people to contact. I was still waiting until 7 AM when I got a call from Velocity and said they could have someone there around 9 AM. I set up the appointment. While I was waiting another one of the Home Advisor's company call to see if they could help. The install team showed around 9:30 am. They were polite and I felt like I was in good hands. It took a lot of hard work to get the old unit of attic it had been there since 1993.
