"I made the emergency request at 4:30 a.m. with Home Advisor as my fridge and freezer quit working. I got a call by 7:45 a.m., and the repairman was at my house by 11:00 a.m. I was so nervous that I might need a new fridge or that the price to fix it would be outrageous. My husband was out of town, and I was really worried about being taken advantage of by someone I had never used before. However, the repairman was very professional, answered all my questions, and put me at ease with his demeanor, and expertise. The repair cost was certainly manageable. I was very happy with my entire experience with AACO. They called me first thing in the morning and were there 3 hours later (when you’re about to lose everything in your fridge and freezer, time is of the essence). The repairman arrived on time after calling me and letting me know he was on his way, I didn’t feel like I was take advantage of, and everyone was very professional.
