"If you are thinking about building a new pool or remodeling your existing pool without question I would recommend Hollywood Pools and Spas. My pool and spa was 26 years old and in need of a complete renovation. My experience with Hollywood Pools and Spas was outstanding, starting with my first meeting with Jason who explained all the features and options they offered and then through the entire renovation process. All of their workers were very professional, experienced and extremely easy to work with. I was also very impressed with the owner Ron. During our remodel Ron was there checking on everyones work and once in a while pointing out areas he didnt like which I couldnt even notice. Very impressive! I cant emphases enough the trust that Ron, Jason and the team at Hollywood Pools and Spas leaves you with. As an example, once the pool remodel was complete we were going to add a waterfall over the swim out. After meeting with Ron and his rock guy that was building the water fall. Ron calls early the next morning and tells me he was thinking about the waterfall all night and thinks it would overwhelm the pool and recommended we not go forward with the construction. What company would pass up another $4,000 because they didnt believe it was the right thing to do for their customer? Im telling you no other company!! One more important note . two months after our pool was completed I had a couple of minor issues with the operation of the pool not related to the renovation. I kept calling my pool maintenance company to correct but they couldnt locate the problems. I finally called Ron to ask for references of other companies that might fix my problems. The next thing I know Ron and Jason are at my house for two days identifying the issues and correcting them. What other company can you call two months after they were paid and get help??? In the past several months I have had work done in our home by well established companies and never hear from the owner during or after the work was completed. Hollywood Pools and Spas is a great company you can trust and relay on!! The pool and new travertine deck were completed on time and looks unbelievable!! See pictures. Richard"

"Ronnie Snows people were very nice and did good work. We had pool resurfaced and tiled. Also new pump and filter and deck painted. They even had some suggestions that we hadn't even thought about. "Robert came out and identified the problem we were having with our pool. (salt cell had no power) New salt cell didn't work so the problem had to be the board. Robert ordered a new board and salt cell. (Our old salt cell was 5+ years old, so it was nearing the end) Henry came out the next day and installed the new board and salt cell and now everything is working as it should. Both Robert and Henry are very knowledgeable, polite and very easy to work with. They have been servicing our pool equipment (pump, cartridge filter and solar panels since 2021 and we have never been disappointed.
