"After being told by other companies that I needed to replace my 80-year-old gravity furnace (to the tune of $20, 000 I did not have), I finally called Empire. I know that old machines are simple with few parts and no electronics, so I quickly learned that few people know how to REPAIR not just install. They do both. Pavel has studied heating repair for over 2 years in addition to his practical experience. He came to SF within 24 hours and even returned without grumbling when I got stuck in a dog emergency.
