"I'm very thankful I called Ace Ventura pest and wildlife control. I knew I was hearing something scratching in my bedroom closet, I just didn't know what it was nor how bad it was. Ace Ventura came out and found rats eating through my ducting, wires and insulation. Rick was great he took pictures and showed me what was going on as I was too afraid to go up there. He gave me much needed relief when he closed up the very large holes they chewed. His team also cleaned out my whole entire attic and replaced with brand new insulation, fixed my ducting and wires. They went above and beyond the call of duty and John refused to charge more money. He could have easily charged me another $1000.00 and would not do it even though I protested. I didn't want him losing money, but he stayed firm with the estimate. I love John and his crew. "I was dubious at first being thatbi got ripped off by otger companies. This company, offical pest prevention, came one time ,and bam all the rats and mice are gone no traps or smelly dead bodies. We HAD an serious infestation. One year contract with monthly service and they do free in betweens on request! Just took advantage of the freebie for fleas. Its an awesome deal and awesome service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!"
