"Great company. I had my AC fixed. Their staff, from April who handles admin, to Wayne who diagnosed our machine and found the leak for the cost of the initial visit whereas other companies wanting to charge us a $1000 to do that. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. "After signing up with Servicepro, I was on the phone with Horizon within 10 minutes. This was about 9:30 PM. They offered to come and fix the problem he next morning (day before Thanksgiving) but I declined because I was going away. "Frank (the owner) was absolutely terrific in solving and correcting the problems I had with my oil fired boiler. I hired Frank to come and perform a season tuneup. Frank showed up (very professional) looked at the heater, broke it down and brought it back to life. While doing this Frank discovered and consulted with me a few dangers that I was not aware of. One major one was the burner liner in my heater was gone and seals around the burner gone which could of hurt my family and I.
