He explained what to expect from the fix and answered all the questions I had. He was very congenial at all times. He is my new AC expert."

Dawn explained the duct work procedure, gave me pricing and set up an appointment the next day between 10-12.At 10:40, Jonathan had the courtesy to let me know they were running behind and would it be okay for them to call me when they were on their way. They were actually only 7 minutes behind schedule. Jose explained how the cleaning procedure worked and then patiently re-explained it again when it was obvious I hadn't understood it before.
