Thomas responded quickly and did an excellent job installing a new WIFI enabled thermostat and helping us install and set up the phone app. His price was very reasonable.

Wow just wow! The professionalism and the honesty is what gives him a advantage over any other competition. I needed one simple thing done with my Ac unit and was quoted so much more than what Thomas charged me! He also went above what I asked for by cleaning my unit at no extra cost. I am so grateful I answered for him and his team.

I hired Xpert to perform an annual maintenance service on my A/C. The technician arrived looking neat and professional He came with the exact, impossible to find, air filter (22.7 x 20.7 x 4.7) to replace my existing, filthy filter. They performed all necessary activities then left. The air conditioner ran so much better. Well worth the visit.Highly Recommended.

Thomas arrived on time for an initial inspection of our system. He listened to my concerns about our AC system and suggested several options for us to choose from. We agreed on a solution to our complaint. He showed up on time to implement the fix. He installed the components for the fix we agreed on. He cleaned up the work site after he completed his work. He explained what to expect from the fix and answered all the questions I had. He was very congenial at all times. He is my new AC expert.
