Xpert Air Solutions was great prompt call back, came the next day on time and ready to go was friendly, and went through the a/xc unit found the problem qu8ckly and replaced a part and then went through the rest to make sure there wasnt anything else causing a problem. Tom was here maybe an hour but made sure it was working properly and cold enough before leaving. The cost was cheaper than most but the best service/work I have come acrossed. Thank You

It was a Sunday. I understand most businesses are not open on Sunday. The owner called me back within 5 minutes. He showed up at the job site within 1 hour. The job was fixed within 2 hours. But, he charged me twice what most other companies would have charged for the service. He did quote the job before starting. But I needed to get the job done.

Hello Matthew, this job was done on a Sunday afternoon and rate are higher than on the weekday. Service quotes are given before repairs are made.

Thomas is the most experienced and knowledgeable AC repairman to ever work on our equipment. (commercial roof system) He took the time to explain the parts to be replaced and provided photos of both the old and new parts before and after replacement. I have the highest regards for Xpert Air Solutions and will recommend to anyone . The invoice listed all parts, supplies and detailed the work performed.
