"I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. I took this opportunity to convert to gas and Vince walked me through my options, provided two estimates within 24 hours based on different units, and was able to start work in 2 days. He was clear, great at communicating and responding to questions, and priced very fair. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."

"I have had a nightmare the last 6 months with another HVAC vendor who couldn't figure out how to get my separate air and heat systems working together with my smart thermostat. From blown fuses to blown compressors to blown thermostats, the prior guys were a train wreck who didn't even understand the setup *their own people* installed, and I was beginning to think it was an issue with my house setup because that's what they were telling me (plus they continually bash smart thermostats because they're dinosaurs and don't want to figure them out). "Dun Rite did very well by me. Peter Tsoutas, the owner and hands-on supervisor, literally knows everything about HVAC. Peter s communication skills and patience were so helpful that even my 94-year-old mother was able to understand the HVAC job. As far as the job that Dun Rite completed for my mother, I could not have imagined that the work could have been done any better. And, I am one of those DIY guys. So, I had a reasonable amount of expectations and an understanding of HVAC. Dun Rite removed an entire existing gas forced air and AC system. On the same day, they installed an entire upgraded replacement system. It was for a large zone that required a five and a half-ton compressor. 1. The project was fully explained to me by Peter. 2. I was offered three different options from which I could choose. I selected the appropriate equipment and was able to control my own costs. 3. By far, Dun Rite s price was the lowest of three bids. 4. It might have just been my luck, but Peter was able to schedule the job the next week. The entire job was completed in one day. I am talking about removing and replacing an entire zone of forced gas heating and AC for a very large space. The installation required a five and a half ton AC compressor. 5. Dun Rite s installation team was polite, articulate, and respectful of our home. The furnace room actually looked cleaner after the job than it did beforehand. 6. The new HVAC system is far more efficient and quieter than the old one. For the first time, I am looking forward to seeing my next gas bills. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dun Rite to anyone. Including my own mother. They are the best HVAC company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in fifty years."

"I urge everyone to take a look at their HVAC/furnace/boiler/ etc. and if you are staring at it, the way I was, screaming WHAT THE HECK, call Kyle. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. You hear the horror stories, I called for what I thought was $X and the HVAC tech came and now I have a $200X invoice. That is not the case with Kyle. I have been there, do-it-yourself projects exist, but your heating and cooling is not one of them. Do not believe me, call around; then call Kyle, then call Kyle back because you realize he is available, upfront, and transparent. That is what I did. Kyle helped me demystify my heating and cooling system. Now I stare at my HVAC system, knowing what is what, and how I can quickly troubleshoot it and maintain it. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left.
