"My HVAC unit was 20 years old needed consistent repair, and my ducks where leaking. It was time for a new unit. I also wanted to relocate the condenser to improve my back yard space. He suggested relocating the condenser to a side of the house and changing it to a suitcase type unit. After looking and talking, the system including the furnace needed to be replaced.
