Called them Tuesday afternoon when my tenant informed me their AC wasn't working and they had partly disassembled the unit trying to fix themselves. Even though Gary was already booked up for the week, he went by thursday evening, reassembled what had been removed by tenant, diagnosed what broke and returned with parts friday am. Tenant had AC back on by 9am friday. Good service, fair price and considerable patience shown to the tenant who was talking over his shoulder the whole time.

Gavin showed up on time, performed the tune up in a timely manner, plus replace a capacitor under warranty, that was close to its end of life. Gavin was very professional. Thank you Gavin and Gary for the service.

Regular guy who came in a bit lower than mid range for complete a/c and heat system. I HIRED HIM-DID THE JOB A COUPLE DAYS LATER FOR $ 7100 THAN A TEAM FROM HOME DEPOT QUOTED-42% LESS FOR A COMPRABLE SYSTEM. SO I GIVE HIM ALL As and would recommend him to anyone. John L. We've worked with Gary and his crew at Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning since 2014. We do property management and have always found them to be reliable, priced fairly and have great customer service. I would highly recommend them for a new installment, complete overhaul and service or maintenance.
