Horrible. On July 30th Mr Bivens came to my residence to do my air conditioner. I initially had another company come out that ruled out my compressor was bad on air unit. Mr Bivens came to look at it. He said he could get my air running but he wanted to make sure he got paid. He charged me $250. He stated that the wiring was wrong. I contacted the intial company and they reimbursed me the service fee. Matter of fact Mr Bivens encouraged me to contact them and let them know. On 8/1/2021 my air was running hot again. Mr Bivens came out 08/02/2021 and said I needed a new motor. I went back and forth with him about that. He stated he couldn?t tell if the motor was bad before. On 08/03/2021, he charged me $325 to put in a new motor. On 08/14/2021, my air went out again. On 08/15/2021 I contact Mr Bivens again. He had me check a few things while he was on FACETIME with me. He said he would fix my air tomorrow. He stated Sunday was his only day off. On 08/16/2021, Mr Bivens came over looked at a few things. He had me come outside and told me to turn off unit for five hours. I asked why, he said it was running hot. He said I should have cut off the system after we talked because it burnt compressor. However the last time he told me keep it on so we could have some air running a little in the house. I asked him was it the compressor. He said he was not sure. But he would come back to try and fix it and he would give me a refund. My thing admit you messed up and reimburse your customer. Accept accountability and fix your wrong. He went on to say how he for my air running for a few days. But I?m back at square one now! Instead he started talking too fast trying to make another company look bad and said their tech wired the system wrong but the whole time he was wrong. He paid me only $300 back of the $575 I paid him saying he couldn?t give me the rest of my money back. Bad business! I told my uncle never again!
He does really great work, his customer service is excellent and his prices are affordable and reasonable.
I highly recommend him to everybody .
Beautiful job. I came home and couldn't tell that anyone has been here. Very clean.
