"Jacob (Jake) is skilled, professional, hard-working, and polite. He not only cleaned out about an acre of overgrown weeds and brush, he performed tree service, and he even checked all the electrical connections outside (fixing what he could) and put up floodlights for my safety. I didn't ask -- he just saw what needed to be done, and he did it. The guy is a prince -- he's friendly and easy to work with, and he even laughed at my jokes (OK, I told him he had to). He did all the work IMMEDIATELY after I hired him. A lot of other people seem to like dragging their feet. If he could do everything that I need done on the new place (it's an older house), I'd hire him for all of it. He did precisely what I asked, he did it quickly, and he did it at a fair price.
