"When the representative came to give us an estimate, he sit down not trying to do a quick sales pitch but he explained how his company worked what they offered. He then went to the attic, took several pictures of the attic to show us what it looked like before doing the job. He then explained the difference in the types of insulation so that we would know what our options were. After the job was don, the technicians took after the job was completed to show us what was done. Any thing that needed to be taken care of was done. The service was excellent. The technicians arrived on time. WeI received a text message letting me know what time that the would arrive. Not only were they professional, they were also respectful. When they entered the house, they immediately put plastic on the floor to protect the carpet. They kept the area clean while they were working. The owner was always available to answer any questions that I had. The work was completed and I am extremely happy. I will definitely recommend this company to others. I canâ t say anything bad. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would . I guess you can say that I am a satisfied customer. Thank you Koala Insulation!"

"They were prompt, completed the job & cleaned up. They also removed a pile of hardwood flooring, at no extra charge, that had been stored in the attic by a previous owner. And best of all the garage is COOL!"
