He was able to arrive within a few hours (on a Saturday afternoon!) and was able to diagnose the issue in no time. He explained it with clarity, told me how it would need to be fixed, which included purchasing parts, so he'd need to come back on Monday. He arrived promptly this morning, fixed the issue in no time, and the house had heat again. What really makes David's work worth such a positive review is not just that he was fast, affordable, thorough, and super friendly. He also went above & beyond - once he was done with the heating system, he mentioned that he did plumbing as well. I told him my garbage disposal hadn't been working for about a week and he volunteered to take a look. He fixed it right away and refused to give me a bill for it!
