He self performs the carpentry/ finishing work, tile installation, relocation of electrical and installation of towel racks/accessories. He schedules other trades ( plumber & electrician ) along with coordination and work scope definition. He does not charge martial or labor markup for this coordination. I was pleased with quality of work and schedule for completion."

He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet.
