"I was in need of a new furnace and duct work for a manufactured home. Jose, gave me a very good price. The estimate did not provide a lot of specifics, but all my questions were answered in great detail, and I knew then that Red & Blue Heating & Cooling was the right choice for me. The new furnace was electric so required a licensed electrician to perform all the electrical work including service upgrade. The electrician that Jose sub-contracted, Juan at JMC Electric Solutions, was top notch and provided excellent and timely work in conjunction with the furnace install. Being that the work was being done on a mobile home, both Red and Blue and the electrician had to obtain special licensing and permitting from the state of New Mexico in order to be in compliance with all rules pertaining to manufactured homes. This was an additional (unforeseen) expense but none of the cost was passed down to me which was greatly appreciated. The furnace is working perfectly and I'm now thinking about upgrading my cooling system come spring in which case I will be contacting Red & Blue once again."

He brought with him all supplies and parts that he thought he might need to repair a burned out ceiling fixture in our kitchen. "Our radiant heating system is 18 years old. We have used 3 different companies in the fall and the spring to come out and turn the system on and off. Since October the pressure has been low and we noticed the system was failing. We consulted with one of the previous contractors after we noticed the heat was not coming on, although the pilot light remained on. After a few weeks, the system failed again. I googled radiant heat specialists and noticed that Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling had a repair service, specifically, for radiant heating systems. Tanner and Kevin came out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an estimate of the cost to repair. The next morning they replaced the pressure tank and the pressure relief valve, tightened up leaking boiler pipes, removed the air pockets from the radiant floor pipes, and moved the pressure tank closer to the ceiling. They showed us what to look for on the gauges, what pressure to maintain when the boiler is on and off, how to determine if the boiler pump isnâ t working. We have every confidence these specialists know what they are doing and how to maintain our system. We definitely plan to use this service in the future for all of our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs!"
