"My job was fairly complex, which is why I went directly to Heritage - I wanted to retrofit a trailer with a forced hot water heating system (replacing a hot air furnace). It required a finding a boiler from one specific manufacturer, adding the hot water baseboards throughout the trailer, and dealing with installing pipes in an uninsulated crawl space. Tyler, Mike and Dan were professional, courteous, did what they said they were going to do, explained all the new features, left the house spotless. "Everything went smoothly. Even from the first time contacting them, they were always very responsive to all of my inquiries and helping me select the best ac and heating system. The team arrived on time from day 1 onwards and did everything to get the job done. They kept me up to date on the progress as well through out the installation.
