"I urge everyone to take a look at their HVAC/furnace/boiler/ etc. and if you are staring at it, the way I was, screaming WHAT THE HECK, call Kyle. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. You hear the horror stories, I called for what I thought was $X and the HVAC tech came and now I have a $200X invoice. That is not the case with Kyle. I have been there, do-it-yourself projects exist, but your heating and cooling is not one of them. Do not believe me, call around; then call Kyle, then call Kyle back because you realize he is available, upfront, and transparent. That is what I did. Kyle helped me demystify my heating and cooling system. Now I stare at my HVAC system, knowing what is what, and how I can quickly troubleshoot it and maintain it. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left. In conclusion, thank you Kyle for being genuinely you; kind, courteous, and professional. "The technician Elvis Mrkulic was amazing! He fastidiously kept me posted as to his arrival time.He was courteous ,professional and fast! I’ve had plumbers take twice as much time to unclog a sink as Elvis took to remove a broken hot water heater and install a new 40 Gallon gas Hot water heater! Totally amazing how he accomplished so much in so little time.And he filed all the necessary town forms for the new gas hot water heater as well. I believe it was under 90 minutes to remove a broken water heater and install a new 40 gallon gas hot water heater !And he hauled away the old gas water heater as well. I was totally amazed at the work this man did I will Absolutely use him again and more than highly recommend him to everyone!"
