"Air Anytime called me back within minutes of me entering my request on Home Advisor. At first, I thought this was creepy...but then I thought this was excellent customer service (being used to delays, poor quality of service and excuses from many large corporations). I got the appointment the next day. He also suggested some additional things on AC I needed to fix (which I was not even aware that were in need of repair until he showed me). The most impressive thing was his years of knowledge of ACs. I would recommend this guy to my family and friends. He is truly a pro in an market where you don't see many people that are knowledgeable or care about their reputation or knowledge. His price (for the value) is in the market and very reasonable. I'm so happy that I used him on my other house and would definitely recommend him!"

"I called around 12:30 pm because I had an inch of water in the pan under my water heater and the A/C above was the cause in my condo. Wanted an appointment after the weekend and they were great, they were worried that my heater might have issues if we waited until after the weekend. Anthonie was there before 3pm same day and fixed the issues. They also worked with me to provide the best value for what I needed. "Vital AC replaced the compressor in my AC unit. I had purchased the Air Conditioner from them four years ago and although it seemed expensive to replace the compressor, it was explained to me that the price included the manufacturer's warranty. So I proceeded with the repair. Some complications occurred during the repair, but the nature of the complications, and the solution, were explained to me by my Warley, the owner of the business. Because there was a weekend involved, it took a few days to repair. They graciously provided me with a temporary portable AC so i could wait a few days for the repair in comfort, for which I was very grateful. On Monday, Warley showed up to do the work himself, to make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied. I am very satisfied with the repair and their service, and the personal attention provided so that I would be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Vital AC."

They are so accommodating, special arrangements had to be made to get someone in the house to let the repairman in. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. When Evens arrived he identified the problem and immediately recommended a solution. He was able to install a new ac system on really short notice.
