In 3 attempts they were incapable of installing a working thermostat. This should not be difficult. They then tried to make me pay $500 for 2 surge protectors that we had to prove to them we had already paid for. They had charged for, but apparently never installed them. I found it very difficult objectively to have any trust in them.

Hello, you have a new system with us that we did add a surge protector to at no charge. We have been to your home and it has been 66-69 degrees and working perfectly. I'm not sure why this has upset you to where you are being extremely rude to us. This is so petty, and you keep asking if we are calling you a liar. Nobody thinks your lying, we just want you to be happy which seems to be very difficult to do. So we installed a surge protector, the other 1 is up to you, but now over a calibration of a thermostat you purchased not displaying the correct temp to what you say is off 2* we are a terrible company? You said you were so happy and appreciated dealing with us.. You went from 5 star to 1/2 a star over 2* of a calibration to a thermostat you purchased.

Required emergency service over the weekend- showed up within 40 minutes; service tech was efficient, solved the problem,etc. Since it was over the weekend the cost was higher than a normal service call but that was to be expected. I plan on not renewing the contract I have with another company and going with All The Time as my service provider. Moe was very professional and very helpful!

The servicemen who installed my new AC were professional, efficient, friendly, and worked without stopping until the work was done. They cleaned and left without leaving any mess. I am very happy with the price, my AC, and everything about this company.

Contacted All Air, Explained the job and came to an agreement as to the cost. I was promised a time and the servicemen was prompt. The job was done efficiently, the AC system was tested and fine tuned. Very professional, I recommend them highly,

I called around 12:30 pm because I had an inch of water in the pan under my water heater and the A/C above was the cause in my condo. Wanted an appointment after the weekend and they were great, they were worried that my heater might have issues if we waited until after the weekend. Anthonie was there before 3pm same day and fixed the issues. They also worked with me to provide the best value for what I needed. Highly impressed with the customer service from everyone that I spoke with and the tech. I will need a new unit soon due to the age of mine and this will be the first place I call.
