They were on time & I received an email & text advising me who the tech was that was coming with his picture. It also said when he was on his way. He explained the issued with my A/C & showed me pictures of the issues. Update: I take back my 5 star rating. They were called to check/fix an interior leak from my A/c unit. I only needed to vacuum the water up every 1-1/2 weeks. After they performed their service, the leak increased at least 10 times and now needs to be vacuumed a few times a day. Of course when they were here they said I needed a new unit, and the guy to provide the estimate was here in less than a 1/2 hour. Not only did they not fix my leak, they made it worse & then said I needed a new A/c. Pretty suspicious to me. There is no way I would have them back & I will seek another A/C company.

Awesome! Showed up exactly on time as promised. Great service, honest, knowledgeable. Offered and accepted a great deal on a regular AC maintenance package. So refreshing to find a great company and technician like this!

My AC was leaking through downstairs ceiling. Was hoping for repair, but it was an old unit. More economic to replace it. The company was awesome they came same day early and replaced the unit the same day! They did a great job! Will use them for yearly service. Also liked receiving a picture of who was coming. All were very professional.

Showed up solely to sell me a new unit from their company for $10,000 that they wanted me to finance. What a rip off. Never ever use them again
