He is a very gracious person who went the extra mile to clean the reusable screen I have. He would have received 5 stars, but for two considerations: he used glue on a pipe that was noxious, nauseating, and surely VOC-filled, and did not dissipate for hours, and there was a major problem processing my credit card (no problem with the card, but the PAY ONLINE did not work, neither did any other method. But he cleaned the coils for $150--I had quotes of between $575 (Sears--stay away! They are the ultimate bait-and-switchers) to $345 from another Home Advisor company who wanted to disconnect the cables from the outside unit , reinstall freon, etc., when all it requires was the know-how to unscrew the plate and clean it with a brush and solvent. It's a DIY for DIYers, but I am not. I would rehire him for long as he leaves his glue at home.
