His whole crew is all professional, they clean up after themselves, they leave just the same as before they showed up. I know that if anything broke he would be back to fix it right away. Their technician, Shawn, showed up on a Friday night and came back over the weekend to diagnose the problem and make sure we had heating and hot water over the weekend. He was able to understand and fix a problem that three other "specialists" over the years had completely missed. What's best is that he did it all quickly and without taking any special credit.
