My HVAC broke right before Christmas. It took about a month before I came across Bob. I went through 6-7 different places. The first one gave a correct diagnosis but didn't want to do the job. The second one charged me a diagnosis fee to verify the diagnosis and told me he would come with the part in a couple of days. Never showed up or called me or returned my calls. The third one was one of the big companies. Wanted to charge me as much as a new HVAC. I had to show them the door. The fourth one wanted to replace 3 years old HVAC with a new one. I contacted the manufacturer, and it turns out my HVAC was under warranty. I contacted a few more. One of them told me the part was ordered, and it would come within 5 business. Had me waiting for over 2 weeks in some of the cold, windy days. He didn't want to answer my call and didn't give me any updates during this time. I was very disappointed and had very low confidence when I called Bob. I was pleased to see that he did a thorough diagnosis, kept me updated and got the parts, and got my heat working in 3 days. He is also going to help me get my warranty processed. He went above and beyond and charged me a very fair, reasonable price. I felt valued with their thorough and responsive service. I would highly recommend RLF Heating and Plumbing.

Removed old AC unit compressor and coil and replaced with a new model much more efficient Completed in about 6 hours Excellent service good price superior quality job I will have RLF Heating back for any future heating and cooling needs

Bob did a new mini split install for me and I couldn't be happier with the work. He was professional, timely, and had excellent communication. He was also very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations for the project. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC work.
