"Our heater stopped working around 7 pm during the night, last Feb 2026. We had no heat for the whole night so it was really cold inside the house the next day. To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace. He explained everything that he was doing while repairing the furnace. He was here for only an hour and got our heat going again. He's friendly and trustworthy. "Best experience I could hope for. I hired them to repair our forced air heating system which has the habit of breaking down every winter. Their technician, Shawn, showed up on a Friday night and came back over the weekend to diagnose the problem and make sure we had heating and hot water over the weekend. He was able to understand and fix a problem that three other "specialists" over the years had completely missed. What's best is that he did it all quickly and without taking any special credit. Apparently (I thought) the other guys just were competent enough!"
