A family owned business by 2 brother's, Sam and Isa who are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the high quality workmanship their father started many years ago. Professional, fair pricing, and very reliable from the estimate, start and to the completion of the job. They replaced a skylight window that was leaking as a result of a local handyman installing the wrong size and building it into a box. They also repaired all the sheetrock damage around it. "Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). "We hired A1 for two jobs. The first one was to repair a fireplace chimney. We had water coming down the chimney into the fireplace. They had to remove and replace top 10 tiers of brick, concrete, recap and paint the exterior. They were on time, professional, fairly priced and did a very good job. Clean worksite and easy to work with. It's been a few months and still no leaks. Just recently we had some roof damage in a totally unrelated area, opposite side of the roof and called Tony once again. Water was pouring into. our attic. In the middle of a storm Tony came, got up on a ladder to out two story roof and tarped it to prevent further water damage. He then came back and took care of all the repairs after the storm was over. He is a hard worker with great work ethic. Does the job properly and knows his stuff. We would hire him again and recommend ."

"Sam and his team were hired to repair/replace a concrete and tile patio after removal of an underground oil tank at my residence They began work promptly one day after the tank excavation had completed and within 2 days my patio had been fully rebuilt. Sam took meticulous care in ensuring the brick was matched to the original color and counseled me in choosing a bluestone surface which turned out stunning. His crew arrived promptly and put in two full days- a point which sounds like it should be a given but having had a very dissimilar experience with a previous contractor , this was a welcome change.
