A family owned business by 2 brother's, Sam and Isa who are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the high quality workmanship their father started many years ago. Professional, fair pricing, and very reliable from the estimate, start and to the completion of the job. They replaced a skylight window that was leaking as a result of a local handyman installing the wrong size and building it into a box. They also repaired all the sheetrock damage around it. In less than 3 hours, including a trip to Loews, the job was completed. After many bad experiences, I'm so happy to have found them. I highly recommend."

"Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). He contacted me back to set up a time and was prompt on arrival. His crew found a few additional things during the repair which they fixed without raising the cost of the original quote. They also had to call around several other companies to find the right color match for my replacement shingles. I would definitely use AB1 construction again. The prices are reasonable, he is professional, and pays attention to detail. All of these characteristics are often hard to find with a contractor these days.
