"Ok, then I had Gavin Mosby and crew come out to fix and install a light fixture in the ceiling. had issues with the wiring, I told Gavin what the issue was and he checked it out and told me what was really wrong with the wiring. He got right on it and fix the wiring (rewired) and installed the ceiling light. Friendly curious and knowledgeable, I truly believe he is an honest businessman, gave me a quote, and charged me less. "Rick was in touch within 24 hours of submitting a request for a quote and scheduled time that worked with our schedule to complete the quote in person. The quote was reasonable and within our budget so we confirmed and scheduled the work within a week of getting the quote (the work included installing 2 bathroom exhaust fans, replacing a GFCI outlet from a 2 to 4 outlet setup, adding a double switch for the newly installed fan, replacing a light fixture in a shower stall, and adding an outlet to a hall closet). The electrician doing the work, Ryan, arrived early on the scheduled work day, but wasn't able to complete everything the same day (there was a scheduling issue with having a second electrician join partway through to assist - it was the day before Thanksgiving). Ryan returned early the following week to complete the rest of the work and we weren't charged a second trip fee for the return visit to complete. The final cost was exactly what we were quoted and everything is in good working order and exactly what we requested. I would use Accurate Electric again for any other electrical work as their response was prompt, pricing was reasonable, and the job was done well."

Patiently installed shower door, repaired two leaky faucets by finding the required cartridges , did some carpentry on front door step and laid tiles with cement and grout at step. "This company is the best! House was cheap 1973 with poor DIY wiring by previous owner. Light switches did not work, bulbs popped when turned on, fuses over-loaded & only outlet outside stopped working after siding was replaced. Wiring was unsafe & most rooms had no lights - just outlets. House was hit by lightening more than once. I was afraid of the cost to fix it all to code, but Five C Electric gave me the best estimate - very reasonable! They put in a new awesome fuse box with room to expand, and a new extra surge protector to protect the fuse box from lightening. They added 8 new lights to the basement & 4 new lights to the living room in addition to fixing all of the bad lights in the whole house & the external outlet. They really care: replacing missing outlet covers, fixing a flickering antique lamp, & adding a waterproof cover to the outside outlet. Please give them your business! Language does not impede their customer service. They are now my go-to Electricians!"

He is responsive and sets reasonable expectations as far as timing and availability of materials. He was a good manager of the subcontractors as well when that was needed. He and his team were very respectful of the fact that we were living through the renovation and tried not to spread the renovation mess to other spaces and was always good to make sure our pets were out of any danger. "We just want to say thank you for the beyond amazing service that we received from office staff and even more the gentleman that installed our new water softener system with reverse osmosis, uv light and a tankless hot water heater . Mike and Forest where amazing, knowledgeable and kind. Mike helped move some things around in the basement because I didnâ t have it done in time. They are a great team and work really well with each other. We had made them sweet Italian sausage for lunch. We noticed a water leak after they left l. Mike was so amazing and drove from Albany to fix it for us on his way home for the night. I had some chili cooking and gave him some. Mike even cleaned the water of the basement floor. Way more above and beyond than he needed too. Truly amazing. My family would like to say that Mike and Forest are a rare kind of people who just care and will go above and beyond for the people they help to have a better quality of life. We had moved in to take care of our nanny and her water system was no longer working and a week before the install the hot water heater went after 30 years. We recently updated appliances and we needed to protect our investment from the hard water. We absolutely love the reverse osmosis and are drinking the water so much we run out of drinking water lol. We will eventually upgrade to a dual holding tank for drinking water. For now we can make due with what we have. We were spending about $150 sometimes more in water a month for cooking and drinking purposes now we will see the savings in roughly 6 years just for not buying water anymore. With the tankless hot water heater it is too soon to see the savings yet we have a propane system living in the country and we are trying to reduce electric consumption. Gas is cheaper than electric for the usage we have we estimate that we will save around $80 additionally per month with the tankless hot water system. With that added into the equation we estimate about 4.5 years and we will have our return on our initial investment. Our next project will be a generator from this company. We lose electricity a few times a year and with nannyâ s health itâ s not acceptable in todayâ s society. Again thank you Mike and Forest the office ladyâ s weâ re very helpful on this process with us as well."

"I hired J&J to replace a functional but poorly designed existing water heater with a new Stiebel Eltron Accelera Heat Pump Water Heater. The work was done very well and the new heater works much much better than the old. A few days after the install, I had a slight drip from the expansion tank connection, but they were able to come out and fix it with no hassle. A really good experience overall."

They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything.
